MADE IN THE USA! One Pair (2) Epaulet Shoulder Boards as shown.  ” 911 DISPATCHER ” GOLD on Dark Navy Blue as shown. DIMENSIONS: Each shoulder board measures 4.25″ long by 2.25″ wide at the wide end and 1 7/8″ wide at the narrow end. Shoulder boards are a closed loop designed to slip over the existing epaulet on a uniform shirt, jacket or sweater. If your existing epaulet unbuttons on one end, you can simply unbutton the epaulet, slide the shoulder board onto the epaulet and then button the epaulet back onto the garment.
